Here we go again indeed... My wife is 16 months into a pregnancy plagued by Hyperemesis Gravidarum - which is, apparently, the traditional name for the Demon Lord of morning sickness.
Our daughter, I'll call her "Bug" here, is just over two and a half years old. While pregnant with her, the morning sickness was pretty bad, but a walk in the part compared to this. Add the constant energy of a toddling two-year-old to the mix, and it gets that much more fun.
Oh yes, all this coupled with me having recently started a new job where I work from home. One one side it's a boon, I'm here to care for my wife and get lots of time with my daughter who is quickly losing her "only child" status. The other side of the coin has me struggling to find my feet in a new position where my job responsibilities are very time consuming and mentally demanding, while fulfilling a caretaker role that, were I in an office, wouldn't run simultaneously with my workday.
So that's my situation. And this is my outlet. I'd like this to evolve into a parenting community from the dad side. I've seen tons of the "mommy blogs" that my wife reads and there aren't as many of us guys writing.
